F. WHITTEN PETERS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WASHINGTON,
DC, May 25, 2001 -- Ellipso, Inc. today announced that former
Secretary of the Air Force F. Whitten "Whit" Peters
has been elected to its Board of Directors. Peters, an acknowledged
expert in space technologies, served as Under Secretary and
Secretary of the Air Force from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that,
he served as Principal Deputy General Counsel at the Department
of Defense.

record of achievement as a public servant and in the legal profession,"

Peters, noting the challenges facing both commercial and military

Peters,
a graduate, magna cum laude, of Harvard College also holds a
Doctor of Laws, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and
currently is a partner in the Washington, DC, law firm of Williams
& Connolly, LLP. Peters also is a graduate of the Naval
Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island, and obtained his
Master of Science degree in economics, with distinction, from
the London School of Economics, London.
